2.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service without notice.

2.4 If a pricing or description error occurs:

  • We may cancel the order and issue a full refund; or
  • Offer you the option to proceed at the correct price.

3. Payment

3.1 Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal (“Payment Processors”).

5. Consumer Rights & Refund Policy (UK Law)

5.1 Digital Content – Right to Cancel

5.1.1 You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.

  • You lose your right to cancel once access or download begins

5.2 Refunds

5.2.1 If digital content is:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described

You are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement; or
  • A partial/full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

5.2.2 Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

5.3 Discretionary Refunds (Courses)

  • A request is made within 14 days of purchase

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content remains the property of Felinie Limited.

7.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

7.3 You must not:

  • Copy, share, or resell content
  • Distribute materials without permission
  • Use content commercially

7.4 Breach may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • Legal action

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login details
  • Misuse course materials
  • Disrupt other users or community spaces

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Where courses involve community interaction:

  • You agree to keep other participants’ information confidential

9.2 We cannot guarantee confidentiality of third-party participants.

10. Testimonials

By submitting feedback or testimonials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for marketing.

11. Disclaimer

11.1 Content is provided for educational purposes only.

11.2 We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results
  • Business or financial outcomes

11.3 Nothing constitutes professional advice unless explicitly stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
